Regular potatoes were giving me a hard time. But i snatched this bag from TJ’s. It comes in mouth-popping bite-sized nuggets of sweet potato in a light butter and sage sauce. This side dish has kept me company all day. I COULD stop eating it, but I’m not sure why i would. Apparently, sweet pto has great beta carotene, Vitamins A, C, E, and Bminor. (ok, no that last one is for piano, not potato). Sweet potato = sweet success!
