I love salads. The one meal I can stuff my face with and it’s not a bad idea.

I’ve added a lot of stuff to make myself believe I’m eating a salad. Here is a quick list and I hope it inspires you to make your own garden creation!

Romaine lettuce

Beef

Pork (diced porkchops)

Tomatoes

Potatoes

Brussel sprouts

Broccolli

Peanuts

Almonds

Walnuts

Cranberries

Blueberries

Sesame seeds

Dried seaweed

Small slices of pizza

Cheeses – all kinds

Barley

Carrots

Bananas

Cucumbers

Cabbage ( i heart slaws)

Grapes

Pears

Garlic bread

Dressings: Balsamic vinaigrette, Sesame, Buttermilk Ranch, Sesame Ginger, Italian, Caesar, Honey Mustard, occasionally, Thousand Island.

Okay, folks, it’s after Thanksgiving. Let’s try and recover with hodge-podge leftovers and throw in your garden favorites and enjoy a salad today!
