I tried this challenge before and got to day 13. I am taking this challenge on again and this time, well, apparently there are more numbers after 13.
Don’t let the numbers fool you. I got great advice from another Tribesports member to break up the squats into sets and do them throughout the day. With my short attention span, it was easier to get it done and not feel overwhelmed with squats til eternity.
It’s a great way to get the blood going throughout the day, especially if you have a drone desk job like mine. Doing a quick set can recharge creativity and most of all, keep you in motion. Okay, ya’ll, day one on this squat challenge starts tomorrow!
