I missed a day of the squat challenge and only got through half of my goal of 110. I ended up in the office all day and didn’t set aside the time to hide in the production room to finish off my set. When I got home, I had a lot of excuses not to complete them.
I’m not getting enough sleep and other concerns over finances and next steps in my career are keeping me awake – to no better outcome.
Work gets busy and the responsibilities don’t slow down. Not enough time to get the studio for a workout. I’m learning how to make this adjustment with my schedule.
And my attitude. I don’t like to feel that other things are in the way of what I want to do with my time. I’m working on not grumbling about it. Instead, I’ll look for ways to get it done. Sometimes the happy feelings come after finishing the task.
